Here are the topics that will be covered and what you’ll accomplish:
Session 1: Value Proposition
The value proposition should be a credible and coherent set of claims that demonstrate the value of your product or service. A good value proposition describes the tangible results; the value you provide to customers.
Session 2: Customer Discovery
Customer interviews help you gather information about the customer problems and identify pain points. This session will help you learn how to separate the good feedback from the bad feedback. In addition, you’ll learn how to get, keep and grow their customer base.
Session 3: Feasibility
Entrepreneurs need to combine the right strategies, partnerships, and organizational capabilities to be successful. In this session, you’ll focus on activities and resources that are necessary for your businesses to operate. You will also explore the benefits of partnerships.
Session 4: Viability

To ensure maximum engagement, this session is limited to 25 participants. CoLab members have priority.
